Interfaith House (773) 533-6013- Respite care for homeless who have no where else to go after getting discharged from ER or hospital stay. Hospital personnel should call a few days in advance to have a secure bed space for patient.

Chicago Christian Industrial League 809 W. Monroe (312) 491-2024- Transitional residence program providing primary healthcare services, counseling and case management.

Circle Family Care Health Services 4909 W. Division, 3rd Floor (773)921-8100 & 115 N. Parkside (733)921-9669- Pediatric through adult healthcare. Provides triage, acute care, as well as in-patient hospital care. Child wellness, prenatal, birthing, women’s health, elder health, HIV/AIDS counseling/ treatment, immunizations, health screenings and education services also available.

Children and Family Services 118 N. Central Ave. (733) 287-2600- Child and Adolescent outpatient counseling, school based program, and parent training programs.

Behavioral Health Services 1633 N. Hamlin St., (733)276-1200- outpatient counseling and mental health services.

Family Support Program 1629 N. Hamlin, (773) 227-9015 -services tailored for Hispanic immigrants to prevent family dysfunction and violence.

Residential program 3919 N. Albany St. (733) 478-4747- Provides job and life skills. Also serves clients who are mentally ill and need 24 hr. supervision.

Genesis House 2815 W. Fifth Ave (773) 533-5600- South Side/ transitional housing to stop substance abuse and or prostitution. West Side/ Offers free meals , showers, STD testing, counseling, case management.

Night Ministry 4711 N. Ravenswood, (733) 784-9000- Youth shelter for non-wards of state ages 14-21 and their children.
